THAT'S WHAT I LIKE!
When modifieds still had that bad attitude look, with the big drag rubber hanging way out on the right side. I'm telling ya, we need to go back to a bit more smaller more practical body on today's short track car's. That's alot of tin getting twisted up each week now a day's. Especially with the faster speed's. Just look at the above #99 car and compare the differance. #78 yea that's what i like!

LATE 80'S FLASHBACK PHOTO
Larry Acker had these identical modified's on display near the main grandstand area at grandview speedway. Race fans could check them out up close before the racing action got started on the, Schaeffer's Family Restaurant sponsored night of activities.
