RAY SWINEHART @ HAGERSTOWN SPEEDWAY 1990

Octoberfest was at it's best back in the day. The fan fair at recent show's have wained over the past couple year's, so it would seem..I'm quarious to see if the "brawl in the fall" format can rejuvinate the intrest this event once held.
