Second Dan Drobnick Welding Enduro Planned for Sunday, June 26 at Big Diamond Speedway - Entry Forms Available Online Now

MINERSVILLE, PA - The second Dan Drobnick Welding Enduro event at Big Diamond Speedway is planned for Sunday, June 26. The first event went off under threatening skies at the Schuylkill County oval last Sunday (May 22).

Once again, Big Cars (6/8-Cylinder) and Small Cars (4-Cylinder) will go 100 laps around Big Diamond on June 26, while the Ladies will race a number of laps determined by participation. Pre-registration is underway now - $50 in advance or $65 the day-of event. Forms have been posted on the Big Diamond Speedway website at www.bigdiamondspeedway.net. Drivers will earn their starting positions in the order pre-registration forms are received.

Enduro race director Jake Smulley reminds competitors that all cars must be outfitted with a functional transponder. The speedway has only a very limited number of transponders for rent. Those interested in a rental should call Chuck Detweiler at 570.385.3615.

All transponder numbers should be registered with Big Diamond officials one week prior to the event by e-mailing Big Diamond head scorer Penny Guldin via e-mail: mhtml:{E616BBF2-BCB7-4C31-AE7B-8124AAEE58B3}mid://00000023/!x-usc:mailto:pennyguldin@yahoo.com. Please send name, division, car number and transponder number.

Grandstand admission June 26 is $7 with pit admission $20. Pit gates open at 2 p.m. with grandstand gates unlocked at 3 p.m. Racing begins at 5 p.m.
