BRIDGEPORT SPEEDWAY’S QUARTER MILE TO HOST SEVERAL SPECIAL EVENTS IN JUNE

Bridgeport, NJ (June 5, 2013) - During the month of June, the quarter
mile track at Bridgeport Speedway is set to host several special
events. Starting on June 7, S&D Racing is chipping in additional cash
for the feature race for the 600cc Micro-Sprints. The winner for each
of the four main events in the month of June will now go home with
$500. “We have a very stout field of drivers competing weekly in our
600cc Micro-Sprint division and I thank S&D Racing for their support
of the class,” remarked track promoter Keith Hoffman.

On Friday, June 14, two additional special events are set to occur.
Black Flagged Racing’s 270cc Micro-Sprint Bonus Night, postponed on
May 24 due to rain, will take place with extra cash and trophies on
tap for the top three finishers in the 20-lap feature race. In
addition, a 50-lap Enduro race for the 8-Cylinder cars will take place
on the inner oval with no entry fee. In the 8-Cylinder Enduro Car
contest on May 3, Brandon Guyer bested the field.

On Fridays in June, all gates open at 5:00 p.m. with racing getting
underway at 7:15 p.m. Grandstand admission is $10 for fans 10 and
older. All kids 9 and under are free. Admission to the pit area is $25
with a license and $30 without a license.

Bridgeport Speedway provides a safe and secure family atmosphere, free
parking, giveaways, and fan participation games. Billed ‘The Fastest
Dirt Track in the East’, Bridgeport Speedway is a banked 5/8th mile
dirt oval, featuring a dirt 1/4 mile oval embedded in the center, and
is located in Southern New Jersey -- just minutes from Pennsylvania
and Delaware at exit 14 off of I-295.
