7/14/2014 UPDATE:
“RON KLINE NAMED TO PILOT THE “NINE”
Ron Kline has been hired to drive the potent “NINE” cars in the tough central Pa. circuit. Ron comes to us with a resume filled with wins, championships, and recommendations. We would like to Thank the 26 drivers who contacted us to fill the open seat. They ranged from defending point champions to super sportsmen drivers. We were flattered by their interest. Ron was chosen not only on his resume but his location in respect to the team. Ron and the team have the same philosophy on racing and the chemistry feels right. We are proud to have him.
Ron began his duties as the driver of the Leinbach Motorsports Late Model Team Saturday July 12th, 2014. Ron was pleased with the car and stated “the Rocket was 98% were it needs to be and with a few minor adjustments and track time we’ll be right there.” Ron started last in the heat and remained there learning both car and track conditions. In the feature after starting 21st, He worked his way through the pack by missing wrecks and passing cars. He was working the 8th place car at the drop of the checker, being named hard charger for the race. Ron was not passed by one car the entire night. Ron was pleased with both the performance and set up under the car. We are planning our schedule for the rest of the season with only minor changes.
We would like to thank all our sponsors as well as the crew for their constant support and devotion to Leinbach Motorsports and the great sport we participate in.
Keep up with our day to day activities on our Facebook page.
Some sponsorships packages remain available. If you’re interested please contact us at the e mail address below.
