Dan Green #46 Making A Habit Of Finishing Up Front

Bechtelsville, PA – The G & H Motorsports #46 NASCAR BRC Grandview Speedway Late Model driven by Dan Green is on a roll.

    Scheduled to start 5^th in the second Heat race, Dan moved to 4^th because Dave Ogen #31 chose to start in the back. When the 8 lap race went green Dan held on to 4^th for lap 1. On lap 2 Chuck Schutz #ONE got by to put Dan 5^th then leader Coy Merkel #16 spun in turns one and two collecting the #80 Bill Henning, #3 Ron Kline and Schutz. This put Dan in the lead for the restart with Lou Egrie Sr #x4 in second. When the green came back out, Dan was able to hold Egrie off and put up the fastest time of the race to record his first career Heat Race win at Grandview Speedway!

    The G & H Motorsports team of Scott Green, Todd Lapp, Bob Higginbotham, Debbie Dutter, Cathy Green, Brett Higginbotham and Jeff Green all did their part to get the AMSOIL #46 ready for the feature race.

    With the changes made to the SquireSide CAFE #46, Dan took to the track to start 5^th in the 25 lap event. When the race went green Dan stayed in the 5^th spot for two laps then he got by the #93 Rick Todorow then two more laps had him get by cousin Steve Butler #91, who won the first heat race of the night. Dave Ogen #31 took a little longer to get by as Dan took to the outside to take over the second spot on lap 13. The race went green to the checkered flag and Dan finished 2^nd for the 2^nd consecutive week. Wayne Pfeil #72 won his second feature of the year.

    G & H Motorsports was glad that Ken Lowe of Ken's Towing was in attendance with his dad and a few friends. Also attending their first race of the year were Dan's wife Meleny, and Dan's brother Jeff Green and his wife Tobey.
