PBGW ACCOUNTING TRIPLEHEADER SET AT GRANDVIEW, FIRST 100 PAYING MOMS WILL
STILL GET FLOWERS
BECHTELSVILLE, PA May 16, 2013 . . . Despite the rainout last Saturday
night the first 100 paying Moms through the main spectator gate will still get
their beautiful Mother’s Day wooden roses courtesy of Unique Creations by Lisa
this Saturday night.
The Saturday night show, sponsored by PBGW Accounting of Colmar, will include the NASCAR 358 Modifieds, Late Models and Sportsman stock cars. Racing will start at 7:30 p.m. with spectator gates open at 5:30 p.m. As has become a weekly attraction a driver meet and greet will take place at the main gate just as they open and will feature a driver from each division along with their race car.
Adult admission is $15 while youngsters 12 and under will be admitted for FREE.
Heading up the action will be the point leaders in each division and they are Duane Howard (Modifieds), Mike Kellner (Late Models) and Craig Whitmoyer (Sportsman).
At least 14 events of racing will be featured in the Saturday night show.
The oldest active auto racing fan club in the nation, the Checkered Flag Fan Club, will be on hand to honor feature winners along with solicit memberships for this organization. Their injured driver fund has done a great deal for racers and families that faced financial hardships.
On Sunday, May 19th, 1 p.m. the Outlaw Enduros will be in action with two 100-lap main events along with the Blast from the Past Vintage cars racing in qualifying events and two 15-lap features. Adult admission is $7 while kids 11 and under are admitted FREE. Two youngsters will be chosen to wave the green flag for the Enduro features.
