BRIDGEPORT SPEEDWAY AND BURGER KING OFFER RACE FANS A MEMORIAL DAY
WEEKEND SUNDAY SPECIAL

Bridgeport, NJ (May 17, 2013) - On the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend,
Bridgeport Speedway’s Big Block Modified Poker Series is set to resume
on Sunday, May 26 with the Wingate Classic, a 40-lap Big Block
Modified race in honor of George Wingate. The Pennsville and
Gibbstown, NJ Burger King Restaurants of Pine Corporation would like
to offer all race fans attending the Wingate Classic a special offer.
Just by presenting a wristband from any track, race fans will receive
10% off their entire order on Sunday, May 26.

The Pennsville, NJ Burger King restaurant is located just off exit 1
of Route 295 and the Gibbstown, NJ restaurant can be found just off
exit 17. Bridgeport Speedway is located just off exit 14. This is a
great chance to help promote Bridgeport Speedway and Burger King while
helping the local community as Bridgeport Speedway and Burger King
team up for this great offer.

On Sunday, May 26, the Wingate Classic, a 40-lap Big Block Modified
race in honor of George Wingate, will pay the winner $4000 with $300
available to competitors upon taking the green. Wingate was a special
person in the history of Bridgeport Speedway. Starting in 1978,
Wingate began his first of three stints as Bridgeport Speedway’s
promoter. In total, Wingate, who lost a battle with cancer in May
2003, held the promotional reins for nearly eleven years.

Colonial Pipeline, the owner of a network of pipelines connecting Gulf
Coast refineries with markets across the South and Eastern United
States, has recently come on board as a sponsor of this event during
811 Awareness Night. 811 is the national phone number to be called
prior to any excavation work. Colonial Pipeline is an Atlanta based
interstate common carrier of petroleum products and has a vast
pipeline system that stretches from Houston Texas to New York Harbor.
Colonial Pipeline's local Woodbury, NJ team will be on hand with
information on the importance of using the free and easy to use 811
system.

In addition, the Crate/Sportsman and Outlaw Stock Cars have extra
distance events . The second hand of the Crate/Sportsman Poker Series
is set to occur with $1000 awarded to the winner of the 30-lap race. A
20 lap contest will serve as the second round of Black Flagged
Racing’s Outlaw Stock Car Shoot Out Series. Plenty of extra incentives
including lap money, contingency awards, and a gambler’s bonus have
been gathered by Black Flagged Racing. All three divisions will have
qualifying races and consolation events before their main events.
Colonial Pipeline is offering a cash bonus to the winners of the heat
races in each division. The victors of the Big Block Modified
qualifying events will receive $150. Winners of the heat races in the
Crate/Sportsman and Outlaw Stock Car divisions will be awarded $50.

On Sunday May 26, the pit gates unlock at 4:00pm and fans can begin to
enter the grandstands at 5:00pm. Racing is slated to begin at 7:00pm.
Adult (16 and older) admission will be $25 with students (10-15) being
admitted for $12. Kids 9 and under are free. Admittance to the pits is
$35.

On raceday, remember to stop by either the Pennsville or Gibbstown,
NJ Burger King restaurants as you make your way to see high-speed
racing on the fast 5/8th mile Bridgeport Speedway to take advantage of
