2012 Big Diamond Speedway Racer's
Banquet
The Big Diamond Speedway will honor their 2012 Track
Champions at the Big Diamond Speedway Racer's Banquet on Friday evening,
November 9th at The Pottsville Zone on 337 Peacock Street in Pottsville, PA.
All three track champions are first time recipients. Craig
VonDohren is the 2012 Big Diamond Track Champion in the Station House 358 Small
Block Modifieds while Doug Hendricks takes top honors in the USS Achey Sportsman
Division. Joey Brennan will be honored as the 2012 Wooden Keg Tavern Roadrunner
Champion.
A family style dinner of halupkies, ham and city chicken
will be served along with mashed potatoes, filling, gravy, corn and cole slaw.
The banquet ticket also will include any Bud Light, Miller Lite, Bahama Bay
Breeze, Captain n Coke as well as soda and coffee throughout the event.
The driver or owner must attend to receive awards. As
stated in the track rule book, to be eligible for the point fund, you must have
purchased a pit license for the 2012 season.
The cost of tickets is $40 per person. Orders must be
received by November 1st, 2012. Checks should be made payable to " The Big
Diamond Speedway and mailed to -
P.O. Box 524
Minersville, PA 17854
Ticket order forms are available on the track web site. Please
include your name, Division and Car number if applicable, total number of
tickets ordered and the amount of your enclosed payment.
Come spend a fun evening with our friends and fellow competitors
while reminiscing about the past season. We look forward to seeing everyone
there!
