REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR UPCOMING PAIR OF NEETS ENDURO EVENTS IN OCTOBER…By Gary Lileck Bechtelsville, PA – October 2, 2011 – As the month of October begins, the North East Enduro Tour Series is prepared for a pair of huge events. The annual Mutha of All Enduros takes place at the Grandview (PA) Speedway on Sunday October 16, and the Frankenduro will be held at the Wall (NJ) Stadium on Sunday October 30. This year’s version of the “Mutha” is the seventh in tour history and it will decide the season’s point championships. The Big Car division will compete in a 150-lap event, while the Small Car class also battles in a 150-lap endurance race. Tim Pauch (Stockton NJ) currently leads the Big Car standings and Brian Smith of Washington NJ is the Small Car points leader. The afternoon will conclude with Top 10 Challenge races for Big and Small Cars. Pit gates open at 8:00AM and racing begins promptly at 1:00PM. Adult general admission to the grandstands is just $7. Good track conditions graced the facility for its most previous event back on Sept. 25, bringing a lot of positive feedback from the competitors on hand. Several new cars from other speedways were in competition and many more will be expected for the Mutha on Oct. 16. Thunder on the Hill has Oct. 16th scheduled as a rain-date for their event. If the date is needed, the Mutha of All Enduros will be held on Saturday October 22 with the same start times. Later in the month, October 30, NEETS returns to the Wall Stadium Speedway for their 2nd of three 2011 appearances. The Big Car class is competing in a 105-lap enduro event and the Small Car division will also go 105-laps in their endurance race. The NEETS Trux are holding a 50-lap event and the afternoon concludes with a 25-lap Ladies Race. Pit gates open at 8:00AM and racing will take the green flag at 1:00PM. Adult general admission is only $10. Registration for both events is currently available online at www.neetsracing.com . The eighth annual NEETS Awards Banquet is rapidly approaching. This year’s festivities will take place at Joseph’s Catering Inc., 901 Horsham Road in Horsham PA. The top ten drivers in Big and Small Cars will be honored along with the top five in the Ladies Division points and the team challenges. The banquet is open to all drivers, crews, family, and of course the fans. Banquet Tickets are currently available for purchase and will also be on sale the Mutha of All Enduros, Oct. 16.
