14TH ANNUAL TRAFFIC JAM OFFERS $8,500 PAYDAY TO THE WINNER TONIGHT AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY

The staff of the Grandview Speedway and Thunder on the Hill Racing Series fought hard against Mother Nature on Wednesday night, but eventually she did win out, forcing the Chad Sinon/BPG Motorsports TRAFFIC JAM to be rescheduled for tonight, Thursday, August 4. Gates will open at 5 PM with race time set for 7:30 PM. General admission for adults will be $20, children 6-11 are $5 and children under six will be admitted for free. If you are planning to go into the pits, the pit fee is $30 and a license is not required.

The show will open with the Race of Champions modified heats being completed followed by the sportsman heat race events. A consolation will be presented for both divisions.

The starting field for the Chad Sinon/BPG Motorsports 14th Annual TRAFFIC JAM will be call to the homestretch immediately followed by FAN FEST, an opportunity for race fans to come down onto the speedway and meet and greet the drivers that will chase the $8,500 first place prize. FAN FEST will run for fifteen minutes then the fans will be asked to return to the grandstands as we prepare to make that famous call. . . .Drivers start your engines. The field will pull off the starting grid just moments from the drop of the green flag for the ROC 60 lap TRAFFIC JAM. The night will close out with the 40 lap sportsman feature paying $1,000 to the winner.
