DEADLINE TO RENEW SPACE FOR MOTORSPORTS 2012 SHOW IS MAY 31ST
OAKS, PA May 18, 2011 . . . After May 31st it is first come, first served for exhibitors wanting to be part of the Motorsports 2012 Presented by VP’s SEF Small Engine Fuels Race Car & Trade Show. The highly successful three day show, now into its 27th year, is set to take place Friday, January 20th through Sunday, January 22nd at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks, PA.
At present exhibitors that were part of the 2011 edition of the show have been given until May 31st to reserve the display space that they had or they are free to choose other available space. After May 31st the show space remaining will be open to all.
Many of the 2011 show exhibitors chose to renew their locations even before the show had been completed because the show had proven to be so successful for them.
Included in the list of 2011 exhibitors that have already renewed are the American Racing Drivers Club, Avanti Performance Products, Awesome Racewear, Design 500, Winters Performance Products and a long list of others.
“If the booth location worked for you last time, “ said show manager Tim Hogue. “It makes perfect sense to want that location back again for the 2012 show. If that space did not produce the results that satisfied you then a new location could very well be the answer.”
Those planning to be part of Motorsports 2012 that were not part of this year’s show should be on the phone early on June 1st so that they get to be one of the first to pick from the exhibitor space that will still be available.
“With the huge success of the show this year, we are anticipating that the 2012 show will be an even bigger success,” said show promoter Len Sammons. “We are anticipating that the exhibit space will sell out even earlier than it has in the past.”
Getting plans made early gives exhibitors the opportunity to start their promotional plans for the show and start getting the word out that they will be part of Motorsports 2012 Presented by VP’s Small Engine Fuels Race Car & Trade Show.
The three day show covers all of the space available in the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks and gives attendees the opportunity to see just about anything and everything imaginable in motorsports.
