NEW MOTORSPORTS 2012 BROCHURE NOW AVAILABLE
2011 Exhibitors Have Until May 15th to Renew Exhibit Space
TRENTON, NJ April 14, 2011 . . . .It is time to give some thought to show business……the Motorsports 2012 Presented by VP’s SEF Small Engine Fuels Race Car and Trade Show that is.
The 2011 edition of the show was another huge success and many exhibitors have already made their intentions known regarding their plans for the three day show set for Friday, January 20 thru Sunday, January 22 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA.
Exhibitors from Motorsports 2011 have until May 15th to renew their booth space and current exhibitors will have until May 31st to pick new locations or expand their current display area. After May 31st all remaining space will be available on a “first come, first served” basis.
More than 230,000 square feet of the beautiful Greater Philadelphia Expo Center will again be devoted to just about everything imaginable in motorsports.
The 27th edition of the show, the third year at the Expo Center, will offer speedway and racing series displays, hardcore racing vendors, trailer and RV dealers, collectibles and much, much more.
Free seminars will again be a big part of the three day show along with the very popular autograph sessions featuring major names in the sport.
Continuing as a major attraction during the show will be the BPG Racing Ms. Motorsports Pageant that will take place on Saturday at 8 p.m.
“The 2011 edition of the show was a record breaker despite the cold, cold weather,” said promoter Len Sammons. “However records are made to be broken and that is a goal for the 2012 show.”
For the second year in a row the plush Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia, PA will serve as the host hotel and show management has been able to secure the same reasonable $89 (plus tax) room rate. To make reservations telephone 610.265.7500 and ask for the special Motorsports 2012 rate or go on-line at aarn.com and follow the lead to Motorsports hotels and a direct link to the special room rate. The rate is only in place while rooms remain available.
The very popular Saturday night post-show party will again be held at the Crowne and will start at 9 p.m. There will be music and beer specials.
Additional show news will be announced in the months to come.
There are sponsorship opportunities available.
