Classic Penn National

Who's behind the wheel? The helmet is a good givaway..Always liked those olsen eagle car's. That is a pretty mean "crome horn" on the front of this one.

    I would have to say Jeff Strunk. I believe it is the Fach 15. I think that former street stocker Mike Clay started out the year in that car
