Ronnie Tobias seems to be enjoying a break in the action on a sunday at penn national. Make no mistake as the pedal would hit the metal very soon after this shot was taken. Thing's would start to get very intresting, as the sunday drive turns into a thrill ride.
This car is currently being restored by Ronnie's wife, Diane and his brother, Richie Jr.
