BLACK FLAGGED RACING’S STREET STOCK SPECTACULAR AT NEW EGYPT SPEEDWAY RESCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, JUNE 7
Sicklerville, NJ (June 1, 2014) – Mother Nature made an unwelcome visit to New Egypt Speedway on Saturday, May 24. On this night when the Street Stock Spectacular by Black Flagged Racing was to take place, several periods of rain saturated the clay oval and forced the cancellation of the racing events. Quickly, New Egypt Speedway management and Black Flagged Racing have coordinated their efforts and have rescheduled this incentive laden event for Saturday, June 7. “We are very happy to have another chance to promote this race at New Egypt Speedway. This is an open date for the Outlaw Stock Cars competing at Bridgeport Speedway. We look forward to having them participate and contest for the extra cash and bonuses,” stated Joe LaClaire, co-owner of Black Flagged Racing.
The victor of the Street Stock Spectacular will be walking away with a pocket full of cash and plenty of extra bonuses. The top finisher in the 20-lap feature event will be awarded a minimum of $700. In addition, the winner will receive many other bonuses including a 20=2��x 30” Victory Lane poster from Jim Brown Photography and five white 48” x 120” sheets of .040 or .050 aluminum from Wrisco as long as the driver has a Wrisco sticker on the car. The second place finisher will be rewarded with at least $425 and $275 is on tap for the third place finisher. Black Flagged Racing will be supplying trophies for the top three. The top five finishers will receive a $200 gift certificate from the DCSE (Design Connect Share Expand) Group and a free oil change certificate from Haldeman Ford Subaru in Hamilton Square, NJ. Premio Foods is set to give away coupons for free sausage to all the qualifiers for the main event. Plus, a $50 cash bonus will be doled out to the heat race winners in the Street Stock Class.
In addition to the Street Stocks, the 358 Modifieds and Crate Sportsman will be on the docket. On Saturday, June 7, racing gets underway at 6:00 p.m. with the spectator gates unlocking at 4:00 p.m. Additional details of the event are available at www.newegyptspeedway.net.
