BECHTELSVILLE, PA August 27, 2015 . . . The BRC Late Models will be in the spotlight this Saturday night at Grandview Speedway with the running of a 30-lap feature as part of Superior Racing Products Night presented by Bernheisel Race Cars. In addition fans turning out for the 7:30 p.m. show of NASCAR stock car racing will see the next-to-last point racing events for all three divisions of racing including the T.P.Trailers 358 Modifieds and Sportsman.
Close to $7,000 in awards will be available to racers taking the green in Late Model racing competition on Saturday night. Racers will be required to have a BRC decal visible on their race car to qualify for the awards.
All three point leaders, Craig VonDohren (Modifieds), Chuck Schutz (Late Models) and Brett Kressley (Sportsman), have comfortable point leads with two point races left in the season but their leads are not insurmountable.
This will be the final weekend for fans to participate in the Ingersoll Rand Texting Contest. From 11 a.m. Saturday to 11 p.m. on Sunday fans are invited to text IRToolsGRV to 313131 for a chance to win an IR prize pack for the last time this season.
As is the norm the Low Down and Dirty Meet and Greet, taking place at the main gate area, will feature all BRC Late Model racers including Dan Green along with Sean, Kyle and Cory Merkel. It all starts at 5:30 p.m. when the main gate opens. Racing will get the green flag at 7:30 p.m.
Adult admission is $15 while youngsters under 12 are admitted free.
The final tripleheader Saturday night show of stock car racing for the 2015 season is set for Saturday, September 5 when Marshall Home Services of Skippack Night is presented. This will be the final point events, the championships decided, for the NASCAR T.P.Trailers 358 Modifieds, BRC Late Models and Sportsman racers. Action will get the green at 7:30 p.m.
NASCAR 358 Modified racer Bobby Gunther Walsh has announced that he is posting $518 for the Freedom 76 Hard Charger in the name of Mike Bailey.
Fans are reminded that advance tickets for the 45th annual Freedom 76 Modified Classic, set for September 12, are available at the track on Saturday nights for $35 (race day price will be $40). Youngsters 6-11 pay just $10 and those under 6 are admitted free. Those wishing to purchase Freedom 76 advance tickets can send a check/money order covering the number of tickets being purchased to Grandview Speedway, 87 Wilt Road, Bechtelsville, PA 19505. Please include a self -addressed stamped envelope to speed return delivery. No tickets will be mailed after September 4.

305 Sprints and ROC Sportsman will be featured in a special Friday, September 11th doubleheader that will also include warmup sessions for the Modifieds planning to participate in the Freedom 76. Adult tickets are $12 while youngsters 6-11 pay $5 and those under 6 are admitted free. There is no rain date for the Friday event but the Freedom 76 includes a Saturday, September 19th rain date.
