TWO LATE MODEL FEATURES PLUS MODIFIEDS AND SPORTSMAN SATURDAY AT GRANDVIEW

TWIN LATE MODEL FEATURES, NASCAR 358 MODIFIEDS AND SPORTSMAN SET FOR HATFIELD MEATS NIGHT AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY ON SATURDAY

BECHTELSVILLE, PA July 17, 2013 . . . Race fans will get a bargain on Saturday night, July 20, as the always exciting Late Model stock cars will be seen in two 25-lap feature races as a result of last week’s feature being postponed due to curfew that was brought on by a 2 hour rain delay.

The Saturday night show that will also feature the NASCAR 358 Modifieds and Sportsman stock cars will include at least 15 events of stock car racing action topped by the two 25-lappers for Late Models, a 30-lapper for Modifieds and 25 lap main event for the Sportsman.

All the action will be sponsored by long time Grandview supporter Hatfield Quality Meats and their mascot will be on hand to shoot “freebies” into the stands as the night progresses.

Gates for the big night of racing action will open at 5:30 p.m. for spectators and at the same time a Meet and Greet will be presented at the main entrance featuring three drivers representing the three classes of racing. Warm-ups get the green at 6:45 p.m. and racing starts at 7:30 p.m. Adult admission is just $15 while youngsters 12 and under are admitted FREE. Admission to the pits is $30 with a NASCAR license being required.

Coming up on Saturday, July 27^th is the Bashore Trucking/Pepsi Challenge which will feature one-on-one challenges for the top NASCAR 358 Modified racers. A full show of Modifieds, Late Models and Sportsman will be included. Racing starts at 7:30 p.m.

And on Tuesday, July 30^th a huge doubleheader show that includes the Race of Champions Big Block Modifieds and the 410 Sprint cars will be presented at 7:30 p.m.
