24th Annual Lebanon Valley Race Car Show

The Lebanon Valley Race Car Show at the Lebanon Valley Mall West Cumberland Street, Lebanon, is gearing up for the annual showing to the public, of new and mostly new 2013 racing machines, indoors at the Lebanon Valley Mall during the week of February 25th thru Saturday March 2nd, during regular open hours of the Mall. With Mall hours. Monday thru Friday daily 10 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM Racing cars will be ushered into the Mall, thru the adjacent Movie Theatre entrance doors, at approx 5:30 PM. Race tires will be wrapped, when entering the Mall, and will be parked upon car[pet squares in their appointed location. Get your application in as soon as possible.

Monday night starting at 6:30 PM, will be a traditional opening night festivities, with a happy ribbon cutting Ceremony, on the fountain stage, by Race Officials and invited distinguished guests, with some smooth music and noted racing persons, in the line-up, to be announced next week. Applications are due prior to February 18th, by Race Car Drivers and Owners wishing to show their race cars, and are available from the L.V. Mall office, during regular office open hours.

The festive annual Miss Racette Queen contest will be held also be held on the Fountain Stage, Thursday February 28th, starting at 6:30 PM. The contest is open to females, sixteen years of age and older, Interested in supporting Motorsports and Racing at the local Raceways and Speedways in the eastern Pennsylvania areas. The successful Miss Racette will receive an appropriate queen trophy, $250.00 Cash, A Get-A-Way Weekend for two, at the Holiday Inn Express of Lebanon, A Miss Racette Crown, a Racette Queen Sash, Flowers, and gifts, and possibly a Racette Queen Jacket from the nationally known Hoosier Racing Tire Co. of Baltimore. The Queen Judges will be considering overall appearance, Poise, Personality, Sincerity and knowledge of Area Motorsports activities.

Saturday March 2nd, is Kids Day. Fun, Games, Gifts, Candy and Goodies will be available to youngsters all day long. Saturday afternoon at 2 PM the annual three tier, Little Miss Queen contests will be held. Girls ages four and five will be judged for the first tier Lil' Miss Racette queen winner. The second tier, for girls ages Six and Seven will follow. And girls aged eight will vie for that Lil' Miss Racette contest. All Lil' Miss Racette Queen winners will receive an appropriate Trophy and Sash, plus gifts and have their photo taken to appear in the Merchandiser
