NEETS PREPARING FOR LARGEST SEASON IN TOUR HISTORY…

February 26, 2012 – Warminster PA - The NEETS (North East Enduro Tour
Series) is prepared for its tenth season of competition, and 2012 will
undoubtedly be the largest year in tour history. NEETS will compete at
three different speedways this season, crowning champions from a trio
of separate divisions (Big Car, Small Car, Ladies) at each track.
NEETS is holding enduro events at Wall Stadium (NJ) Speedway,
Grandview (PA) Speedway, and New Egypt (NJ) Speedway.

Prize money alone will amount to an outstanding factor in 2012.
Estimating if each event paid $500 to the winning driver, nearly
$25,000 would be distributed to the winners in 2012. That doesn’t even
include second place on back earnings and the banquet purse. If some
drivers chose to run in each of the three series races, they have an
opportunity to collect some serious cash. Along with the pride of
scoring a victory, the racers will have a shot at some new trophy
hardware during the 2012 season’s course.

The always popular team challenge will also take place this
season on both the asphalt and dirt speedways. Each team will consist
of three drivers (from any division) and they will compete for
bragging rights as to who is the top team of all in the 2012 NEETS
tour. The honors will take place at this season’s awards banquet.

Scott Dunn Auto Service of Trenton NJ has jumped on board as the
official title sponsor for the Asphalt Series (Wall) and the Grandview
Speedway Series for the 2012 season. Scott, a racer himself, has been
a huge supporter of NEETS events with his racing team consisting of
several different drivers. NEETS would like to thank Scott for his
sponsorship support in 2012. Sponsorship is available for the new
season. Please send all inquiries to Joe Cutri at the above listed
email.

NEETS is creating a newly designed t-shirt for the upcoming
season. Hopes are that they will be available for purchase at the next
enduro event.

One driver that has expressed interest in competing in most of
the Grandview Speedway races this season is none other than famed Late
Model competitor Scott Haus of Hamburg PA. Haus, who has recorded over
200 victories in his well established career, will steer a car owned
by second generation racer Chuck Eckert at Grandview in 2012. It is a
throwback to Scott’s earlier racing days where he once competed in the
Olympic Stock division at the closed Reading Fairgrounds (PA)
Speedway. Haus also has a few years of experience at Grandview, as he
holds one career win in the Late Model class and spent some time
behind the wheel of a Small Block Modified.

The next race on tap for the NEETS Series is the Shamrock
Shakedown which is slated for Saturday March 10th at Wall Stadium
Speedway. The Small Cars will compete in a 104-lap enduro, while the
Big Cars are also scheduled to battle in a 104-lap contest. A 25-lap
Ladies Race will conclude the afternoon’s festivities. Pit gates open
for registration and car inspection at 8:00AM and racing begins at
1:00PM. Adult general admission to the grandstands is just $10.

If you are interested in building a car for the 2012 season, it’s
not too late. Check the tour’s official website, located at
www.neetsracing.com , for complete rules, regulations, and all
important information.
