THUNDER ON THE HILL TRAFFIC JAM
RAIN DELAY MOVES TRAFFIC JAM TO THURSDAY NIGHT, AUGUST 4 AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY
With two modified heat races in books, Mother Nature decided to rain on Grandview Speedway forcing the 14th Annual TRAFFIC JAM to be rescheduled for tomorrow night, Thursday night, August 4. Gates will open at 5 PM with race time set for 7:30 PM.
The Thursday night TRAFFIC JAM for the ROC Modifieds and Sportsman will find each division competing in a series of qualifying events.
FAN FEST will take place prior to the start of the 60 lap TRAFFIC JAM paying $8,500 to the winner. During FAN FEST, race fans are invited to take part in a Meet and Greet with the drivers just prior to the drop of the green flag, to start the TRAFFIC JAM. The sportsman will close out the night of racing with a 40 lap feature event.
This event marks the 101st NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series, now celebrating their 22nd season.
