Due to tonight's (Aug. 19) event falling to severe thunderstorms at Big Diamond Speedway, the following changes in scheduling have been made. Full release to follow...
SUNDAY (Aug. 21)
Enduro - Big Car, Small Car, Ladies plus OPEN PRACTICE FOR OTHER DIVISIONS
NEXT FRIDAY (Aug. 26):
Coalcracker U.S.S. Achey Sportsman 50, $1,500 to win, now a handicapped points event, plus the Coca-Cola Classic Challenge for 358-Modifieds ($1,000 to win, $75 to win each round), The Station House 358-Modifieds (qualifying and 25-lap feature) and Wooden Keg Tavern Roadrunners (qualifying and 20-lap feature). Racing at 8:15 p.m.
THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY (Sept. 2):
CHAMPIONSHIP NIGHT: 358-Modifieds (qualifying and 25-lap feature), Sportsman (qualifying and 20-lap feature) and Roadrunners (qualifying and 20-lap feature) plus XCel 600 Modifieds (qualifying and 20-lap feature). Note start time of 7:45 p.m.
AND OF COURSE (Sept. 4)
31st Coalcracker 100 for 358-Modifieds paying $10,000 to the winner and $300 to start plus Roadrunner 20 at 7:30 p.m.
