Tuesday, June 28, 7:30 p.m. Celebrate the 100th Thunder on the Hill Show featuring 410 sprints and 358 Modifieds. Adult admission is $20.
Saturday, July 2, 7:30 p.m. C.J. High & Associates Firecracker 40 for Late Models and NASCAR 358 Modifieds plus Kory Fleming Kid’s Bike Giveaway
Admission prices for regular Saturday night events are $14 for adults, youngsters 11 and under are admitted FREE. And there is always Free Parking on the speedway grounds.

RAIN WASHES OUT RACING AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY ON SATURDAY
YOUNGSTERS 11 AND UNDER ADMITTED FREE JUNE 18 AND 25TH
BECHTELSVILLE, PA June 11, 2011 . . . Rain and the forecast of more heavy rain throughout the evening hours forced event organizer Bruce Rogers to cancel the planned racing action at Grandview Speedway on Saturday night. A steady rain began to fall just as the warm-up sessions were reaching the halfway mark.
The United Racing Company sprint cars and NASCAR 358 modifieds had been scheduled along with the appearance of Russell Newberry of the Deadliest Catch TV show.
The BPG Racing URC sprint portion of the doubleheader has been rescheduled tentatively for Saturday, August 20th.
The rainout was the fifth of the season for the Saturday night events.
Racing returns to the one-third-mile, banked clay track on Saturday, June 18th at 7:30 p.m. with the NASCAR 358 modifieds and late models being featured. Once their events are completed a 40-lap NEETS big car enduro race will be presented. The night will be sponsored by Whelen Engineering.
Duane Howard continues to lead the NASCAR 358 modified point standings looking for his second straight title while Chuck Schutz leads the late model standings as he goes after his fifth title.
New pricing has been put in place for youngsters 11 and under for the Saturday night June 18th and 25th events. The youngsters will be admitted FREE for the next two weeks as part of a marketing test program.
Coming up on Saturday, June 25th will be another doubleheader show featuring the NASCAR 358 modifieds and late models. The Checkered Flag Fan Club will be there to honor the feature winners and to sign up new and renewal members for this very active fan organization.
On Tuesday, June 28th the popular Thunder on the Hill Series, co-promoted by Bob Miller and Bruce Rogers, will present the Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek 410 sprinters and 358 modifieds in a doubleheader program that will mark the 100th Thunder event to be presented. Adult admission for this special event will be just $20.
