LLANDCO Signs On As Penn National Reunion Sponsor At 25th Racing Legends Reunion presented by Reading Eagle and WEEU 830 AM
READING, PA - LLANDCO Inc. has signed on as the sponsor of the Penn National Speedway Reunion on Saturday evening, Feb. 27 during the 25th annual Racing Legends Reunion & Car Show presented by Reading Eagle and WEEU 830 AM.
The show is set for Feb. 21-27 at the Fairgrounds Square Mall located on 5th Street Highway in Reading, Pa., the former site of the famed Reading Fairgrounds Speedway. Over 100 race cars, present-day and restored, are expected to jam the mall during the event.

Show management has been working to reach out to former Penn National Speedway personalities. Among those contacted were Billy Pauch, Elvin Felty, Davey Wenger, Mike Nicholas, Tom Mayberry, Craig Von Dohren, D.A. Hanson, Rich "Toby" Tobias Jr. and many more.
Racers from all divisions are welcome to attend the Penn National tribute, along with officials, team owners, media members and fans from the Grantville, Pa., facility that hosted its final race in 1996.
The Penn National Reunion will take place on stage beginning at 5 p.m. on Feb. 27, the final day of the weeklong show.

The restored Glenn Hyneman-owned, Craig Von Dohren-driven 1983 Olsen Eagle that turned heads at the recent Motorsports 2010 show in Oaks, Pa., will be part of a tribute to Penn National at the show.
Former Tri-Track racer Kerry Meitzler will bring out his family-owned No. 3k Tobias mount that the Kutztown, Pa., driver ran during the track's final season. Meitzler put the car in storage following the final Penn National event and has not been moved in 15 years.
During the week of Feb. 21-27, the mall will be jammed with current-day race cars representing many divisions and sanctioning groups, vintage and restored race cars, speedway exhibits and displays and vendors. Drivers of today and yesterday will be on hand periodically throughout the show for on-stage interviews and autograph sessions.
Among the show highlights are the 600Scene.com Small Car Roundtable (Tuesday evening, Feb. 23 at 7:30 p.m.), the annual Reading Fairgrounds Speedway Reunion (Friday evening, Feb. 26 at 6:30 p.m.) and the aforementioned LLANDCO Inc. Penn National Speedway Reunion (Saturday afternoon, Feb. 27 at 5 p.m.).
Show awards - including the first Don Marks Memorial Contribution to Motorsports Award - will be distributed during the popular BASH Racing Party to be held Friday night, Feb. 26 at the Temple Fire Company, just blocks from the mall, beginning at 9 p.m.
The BASH Party will feature music for dancing, a cash bar, racing movies (including 2009 footage from the Pennsylvania Dual-Track circuit) and plenty of bench racing.
Bert Jones, proprietor of Beer City located in Quakertown, Pa., has signed on as the awards sponsor for the BASH. Jones owns the No. 15 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series 358-Modified driven by Jason Hamilton at Grandview (Pa.) Speedway.
Lee Myles Transmissions Pennsylvania locations in Reading, Birdsboro, Allentown, Easton, Mt. Pocono & York will provide the sound for the BASH.
Tickets to the BASH are $10 and will be sold during the show and at the door.
Among the 2010 show exhibitors are Grandview Speedway, Big Diamond (Pa.) Raceway, Kutztown Fairgrounds (Pa.) Speedway, Thunder on the Hill Racing Series, URC, Reading Eagle, Pioneer Pole Buildings Inc., Speedway Entertainment (Slingshots and SpeedSTRs), Reading Fairgrounds Speedway Historical Society, Doug Borger's XCel 600 Modifieds, Gary Silverman Productions, Dale Snyder Video, Clyde Martin Memorial (Pa.) Speedway, the NEETS Enduro Series and the Montgomery County Quarter Midget Racing Club.
Driver bartending at the Applebee's on 5th Street Highway, adjacent to the small, is planned for Monday, Feb. 22, Wednesday, Feb. 24 and Thursday, Feb. 25 beginning at 9 p.m. each night.
Author Gary Ludwig will appear nightly beginning at 4 p.m. and during mall hours on Feb. 21 and 27 to autograph copies of his best-selling book Tommy Hinnershitz, The Life and Times of an Auto Racing Legend, which will be on sale at the show.
Randy's Raceway of Kutztown, Pa., will set up a portable HO slot car track all week during the show. A celebrity race featuring Modified racers is planned for Wednesday's 'Modified Madness' program.
Vendors will be on hand selling national and local racing memorabilia, collectibles, racing DVDs and much more.
