RAIN DELAYS BRC SUPERIOR PRODUCTS OPENER TO JULY 11 AT WMS. GROVE;
PORT ROYAL ECONO LATE MODELS GET THEIR NIGHT ON JULY 18
Bernheisel Race Components (BRC) will hold their first of six 2015 BRC Superior Products Nights this Saturday night, July 11, at Williams Grove Speedway for the limited late models after a rain-delay from the planned opening date for the Superior Products Nights of June 27 at the Grove. The second BRC-SP Night falls next Saturday, July 18, for the Econo Late Models at Port Royal Speedway.
Every late model team in competition of the designated division will receive racing parts or components of substantial value. Bernheisel has partnered with parts suppliers and manufacturers to provide products and the only competitor requirement to participate in the draw for a portion of the $7000 in product is that their car display Bernheisel Race Components decals.
Bernheisel has elected support late model racing in Pennsylvania with a local track sponsorship program that provides over $60,000 in awards, parts, and cash to the late models, limited late models and econo late models at six area speedways 2015. The season-long support has already been going on at Grandview, Path Valley. Port Royal, Selinsgrove, Susquehanna, and Williams Grove Speedways with various season long sponsorship customized to each track as well as the Appalachian Mountain LM Speedweek but this weekend will mark the first Superior Products Night at the individual speedways of 2015.
Among the participating Superior Products Night partners are Dominator, Hoosier, Hypercoils, Wilwood, Outpace, On-Time, RJS, Bulldog, Velocita, Goodridge, Fastshafts, Mike’s Custom Tanks, Joe’s, Wrisco, American Racer, Precision Powder Coating, Zamp Helmets, Longacre, Wehrs Machine, AFCO, AllStar, Eibach Springs, and Performance Bodies as well as Bernheisel Racing Components.
“These Superior Product Nights are for all teams and the program is geared to help the local racers and local tracks,” shared BRC president and racer, Jim Bernheisel. “We are a local company supporting local racers with this program. Sure we build LazerX race cars and work with racing teams across the country, but this is about our Bernheisel Racing Components. It is an extensive warehouse of wholesale and retail parts plus tubing, aluminum, Lexan, plastic, body kits and complete bodies.”
Following the BRC Superior Products Night’s at Williams Grove and Port Royal are Port Royal again on August 1 for their super late models, Selinsgrove on August 22, Grandview on August 29 and Susquehanna on September 5.
BRC has a large walk-in showroom for local customers but also does national mail order and online order processing. They supply parts for all cars, not just BRC Lazers. The facility also provides MIG welding services for aluminum and steel and has a shock repair center for all brands featuring a computerized Roehrig shock dyno, digital spring testing and an Accuforce spring smasher for dual stage and bump stops> They also have a sandblasting/powder coating building on site.
Bernheisel Race Components, Inc, and their ‘Ultimate Weapon’ LazerX Chassis have more wins per car built than any other chassis company. They are located at 1 Bordnersville Road just outside of Jonestown, PA at the intersection of PA State Route 72 and Bordnersville Road near the split of Interstate 78 and Interstate 81.
