Sicklerville, NJ (June 20, 2015) – Competing at Georgetown Speedway for the first time in 2015, Brett Ballard took the checkered flag in the 20-lap Crate Modified feature on Friday, June 19. The victory was his ninth career win at the historic dirt oval in Southern Delaware.
After finishing fourth in his heat race, Ballard started on the pole position for the main event. After a caution on the initial start, the Pennsville, NJ driver took the lead and never relinquished it. Only several cautions and a brief delay for a lighting issue in turn one would slow down Ballard on this night. “I love racing at Georgetown Speedway. I would like thank to my crew for helping me out tonight. Also, I want to thank John Latwinas Farmers Insurance Agency of Sicklerville, NJ, CB Productions, CTS Lawn Care, Delran Auto Body, Rick Sweeten Images, and S&D Bodyline for being marketing partners this year,” stated the victor.
