RACING XTRAVAGANZA TAKING SHAPE FOR 2016

While it might be the ten months away, race fans need to mark their calendars now for Racing Xtravaganza, your Prescription for Racing Xcitement, once the dust stops flying for the 2015 season in Central Pennsylvania.

Formerly known as the Central PA Dirt Trackin’ show, New Oxford’s Scott Gobrecht has purchased the rights and assets of the 33 year old show and has big plans for race fans in 2016.

It will be a new beginning, with a new name taking place on a new date inside a new venue.

But while there are plenty of “new” things, Gobrecht’s main plan is to bring the show back to what it used to be when race cars, exhibits, booths and so much more jammed packed the building, getting race fans an up close look at what was in store for the upcoming season.

Racing Xtravaganza will be held on Saturday and Sunday, February 6 and 7, 2016 and will take place in the state of the art Utz Arena on the grounds at the York Expo Center.

Gobrecht, along with Show Organizer John Krall are busy working on many new ideas for the show as well as working with potential sponsors who will be instrumental in the success for the new show.

Race fans will once again have something to look forward to before the start of the Central Pennsylvania racing season and both Gobrecht and Krall will be doing everything in their power to bring Xcitement back to wintertime for local race fans.
