$500 BONUS AVAILABLE IF THE WINNER OF THE ROCK AND ROLL 33 CAN COME BACK AND WIN ON THE FOLLOWING NIGHT AT BRIDGEPORT SPEEDWAY

Sicklerville, NJ (September 15, 2014) – An additional incentive has been developed for the winner of the Rock and Roll 33 at Bridgeport Speedway on Friday, October 3 featuring Modified cars on the quarter mile track. If the victor returns to Bridgeport Speedway on Saturday, October 4 and wins the Big Block Modified or Crate/Sportsman feature on the outer oval, an additional $500 cash bonus will be awarded.

The Rock and Roll 33 will showcase a sixteen car field in a 33-lap main event on the inner dirt oval following qualifying events. Lou Cicconi, Brett Ballard, Ron Roberts, Steve Davis, Ryan Simmons, Ricky Wegner, Don Cogdill, Craig Whitmoyer and Lauren Emmons are among the diverse field of drivers expected to be on hand. Black Flagged Racing will be awarding trophies to the top three finishes of the race. In addition, marketing partners are being actively sought to sponsor cash bonuses for each finishing position in the main event. For the Rock and Roll 33 event, any Modified Stock Car from Crate Sportsman powered cars to Big Block Modifieds is eligible as an open motor rule is in effect. In addition, any 13 X 92 Modified track tire can be used for the race. A standard Dirt Car Modified body with or without Sail Panels can be used. No additional wings are permitted.  A test and tune session for this special race will be held on Friday, September 26.

On Friday, October 3, Micro-Sprints (270cc and 600cc) and 4-Cylinder Stock Cars will be on the agenda along with the Modifieds. All gates unlock at 5:30 p.m. Hot laps kick off  at 7:30 p.m. with racing getting underway at 8:00 p.m. Pit fees will be $25 with a Bridgeport Speedway Friday night license and $30 without a Bridgeport Speedway Friday night license. Grandstand admission is $15 for adults with kids 9 and under admitted for free.
