Auto racing fans throughout the area are anxious to see the snow disappear and racing get the green flag. The Rogers family, operators of Grandview Speedway, are looking forward to snow being gone and work starting on the one-third-mile, banked clay track to get it ready for the free-to-the-public practice session set for Saturday, March 29th starting at noon.
On that day all divisions of racing are invited to participate in the afternoon practice session that will give fans a chance to see what the race teams will have ready for the 2014 season and the racers will have the chance to test and tune their equipment so it is ready for the official season opener.
