BD Motorsports Media Revs Up For Motorsports Appearance; 2012 Schedule, Information and Apparel Will Be Available
BOYERTOWN, PA - BD Motorsports Media is revving up for an appearance at the region's largest auto racing trade show.
For the second straight year, Boyertown, Pa.'s BD Motorsports Media will occupy an expansive display at the Len Sammons Productions 'mid-winter motorsports happening' - Motorsports 2012 presented by Small Engine Fuel at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pa., Jan. 20-22.
Look for the BD Motorsports Media display in booths 216-218 and 316-318 during the 28th annual event. Motorsports 2012 will feature 225,000 square feet of nothing but racing, more than 600 vendors and 250-plus vehicles on display.
Information on BD Motorsports Media '2012 Tour' events will be available for competitors and fans, outlining events planned for Penn Can Speedway (Susquehanna, Pa.) and Five Mile Point Speedway (Kirkwood, N.Y.).
Lap sponsorships will be on sale for all '12 events at a minimum of $25 per lap. Sponsors wishing to obtain laps in all three Modified races can do so for a minimal investment of $60.
New '2012 Tour' apparel, hot off the press from Bob Hilbert Sportswear in Boyertown, Pa., will be on sale at the show. Tee shirts are $18, long-sleeve $22 and hoodie sweatshirts $25.
The BD booth will include dirt Modifieds driven by Matt Jester and Kevin Albert Jr.
Jester, 26, of Milford, Del., was the 2011 Delaware International Speedway champion with eight victories. He will show off his new Clearview Farms-backed No. 62 Bicknell at the show. The driver known as the 'Joker' was a heat winner at the BD Media co-promoted Big Diamond (Pa.) Speedway 'Anthracite Assault' last July.
The 24-year-old Albert is a 358-Modified feature winner at Big Diamond Speedway and entered three of the four BD Motorsports Media events last season, making the feature field in each of his attempts. Albert, of Lebanon, Pa., recently signed Ollie's Bargain Outlet as a marketing partner for the the second consecutive season. Albert's Troyer No. 3A will be an eye-catcher.
