Popular modified driver, Kevin Hartnett ready for some action back in the 90's Kevin was a weekly regular at both big diamond and grandview speedway's then. These day's kevin has been campaining mostly in the northern teer of PA, running at Penn Cann and Five Mile Point speedway's, with occasional appearance's at grandview and big diamond over the last couple year's.
