BD Motorsports Media Revving Up For Expansive Display At Motorsports 2011 Presented By SEF Jan. 21-23
BOYERTOWN, PA - BD Motorsports Media will kick off the 2011 racing season in style with an expansive display at Motorsports 2011 presented by SEF Jan. 21-23 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pa.
Anchoring 600 square feet of exhibit space in booths 216-218 and 316-318, BD Motorsports Media makes its first appearance at Motorsports in the 26th edition of the Len Sammons-organized "mid-winter motorsports happening."
The display will include the Leach Racing Associates No. 99 driven by 2010 Bridgeport (N.J.) Speedway champion Wade Hendrickson and the Albert Racing No. 3A driven by Kevin Albert Jr., a top-five points finisher at Big Diamond (Pa.) Speedway as a first-time 358-Modified winner last year. Both Albert and Hendrickson plan to compete in BD Motorsports Media-promoted events this season.
Ms. BD Motorsports Media for 2011, Mandee Pauch, will be representing the '11 'No BS. No Politics. Real Racing' events during the show.
The display's content will be centered around the Pioneer Pole Buildings Inc. Short Track Four Crown co-promoted by BD Motorsports Media this season. The series begins Tuesday, June 7 with the $8,000-to-win 'Clash at the Can' at Penn Can (Pa.) Speedway - the higest paying race in speedway history! The series returns to Penn Can Tuesday, August 9 for the 'Hot Summer Night' special featuring a team format for drivers with home tracks within the American Racer East Coast Modified Cup.
On Saturday, October 8, attention turns to Five Mile Point (N.Y.) Speedway for the fourth edition of the Short Track SuperNationals, the popular "Working Man's Race" that has carved its own niche on Columbus Day weekend. The following week, the Four Crown wraps up at Penn Can with the annual 'King of the Can' - this year joining the BD Motorsports Media fold for the first time.
Brand-new Short Track Four Crown apparel will be on sale at Motorsports. Bob Hilbert Sportswear has designed eye-catching long-sleeve shirts and hooded sweatshirts.
Information will also be available on the 'Anthracite Assault' scheduled for Wednesday, June 22 at Big Diamond (Pa.) Speedway, featuring the return of RoC to Coal Country for the first time since 2006 in a 60-lap main event. The 'Anthracite Assault' is a Race of Champions Motorsports/BD Motorsports Media production.
Teams wishing to enter the Racing Legends Reunion & Car Show presented by Reading Eagle and WEEU 830 AM at the Fairgrounds Square Mall in Reading, Pa., Feb. 20-26 or the Big Diamond Speedway Race Car Show at the Fairlane Village Mall in Pottsville, Pa., March 7-12 may do so at the BD display.
The 2011 lap sponsorship programs for the Short Track SuperNationals and King of the Can get underway at Motorsports. Laps will be sold for $20 each for both events, which are 50 laps in distance. Last year, nearly $2,000 in lap money was distributed at the SuperNationals. BD Motorsports Media would like to surpass that goal this autumn.
