CRAIG VONDOHREN CONTINUES TO LEAD TP TRAILERS MODIFIED POINTS AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY; DAVE OGIN STILL ON TOP IN BRC LATE MODELS WHILE JORDAN HENN SETS THE PACE FOR SPORTSMAN

BECHTELSVILLE, PA June 26, 2016 . . . Craig VonDohren continues to be the man to be in TP Trailers NASCAR 358 Modified racing at Grandview Speedway. The defending champion is currently leading the standings with 2490 counters. Last Saturday he earned his third feature win of the season and his 98^th career Grandview win.

                Dave Ogin is in front in the BRC Late Model standings, without benefit of a feature win, holding a 67 point edge over Lou Egrie Sr. Ogin stands with 1680 points while Egrie Sr. has 1613. The Late Models were not part of the Saturday night action but will return on July 2^nd.

                In the Sportsman stock cars, where there has been nine races run with nine winners, Jordan Henn is on top with 1710 points followed by Brian Hirthler with 1670.

                Coming up on Saturday, July 2^ndis Whelen Engineering Night (rained out earlier in the season) featuring the TP Trailers NASCAR 358 Modifieds along with the BRC Late Models, returning after a Saturday night off, and the Sportsman stock cars. This will be the night when Kory Fleming and his Sleepy Hollow Modified team have their bicycle giveaway for the kids that enter the contest by filling out an entry blank at the main entrance. Spectator gates open at 5:30 p.m. and racing gets the green at 7:30 p.m. At 5 p.m. the weekly Low Down and Dirty Radio Meet & Greet will take place near the main gate and feature racers and their race cars.

                The BRC Late Model racers will be using this Saturday night event as a tune-up for the big Chapman Ford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Horsham sponsored Firecracker 40 on Saturday, July 9^th. This is the biggest event of the season for the Late Models. The TP Trailers NASCAR 358 Modifieds and Sportsman will be part of the big event that will include a wonderful Fireworks display. Admission for adults will be $25, youngsters 6 thru 11 pay $5 and kids under 6 are admitted for FREE.
