BERNHEISEL RACE COMPONENTS COMPLETES BUSY OFF SEASON
As Bernheisel Race Components is wrapping up 2015 LazerX race cars in Jonestown, Pennsylvania, for the upcoming late model race season across the country, Davey Johnson of Imperial, PA has been the first to get one on the track in Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series racing in the 39th Annual Winternationals at East Bay Raceway Park, Tampa, Florida.
Not including the numerous used cars sold and existing customer car rebuilds completed, there were 24 new 2015 BRC Lazers built for customers this off-season from Canada to North Carolina to California. Six of those 24 new cars were delivered to first time LazerX buyers.
The list of new Lazer X recipients this year include the Northeast’s winningest late model driver in 2014, Ricky Elliott of Seaford, Delaware; Lou Johnson of Georgetown, Delaware; Kerry King, Jr. and Kerry King, Sr, of Delmar, Delaware; Luke Merfeld of Dubuque, Iowa; and Scott Plew of Hupsonville, Illinois.
Current Lazer drivers who purchased new 2015 Lazer X late models, in addition to Davey Johnson are Justin Bertschinger of Norfolk, Nebraska; Travis Birkley of Wakeville, Nebraska; Allen Brannon of Winchester, Virginia; Peter Coffey of Wanesboro, Virginia; Tyler Emory of King George, Virginia; Tommy Ferrell of Wilson, North Carolina; Dan Green of Coatesville, Pennsylvania; Dean Huizenga of Belmont, Michigan; Lou Jacoby of Smithmill, Pennsylvania; Jake Jones of Shermansdale, Pennsylvania; Cory Merkel of Boyertown, Pennsylvania; Dave Padula of Greencastle, Pennsylvania; Kenny Sturdevant of Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania; Adam Turner of Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada; Sparky White of Delmar, Delaware; Wil Wilbur of Magalia, California; and Al Zeitner of Omaha, Nebraska.
BRC is more than just a chassis and complete car builder. They also have an extensive warehouse of wholesale and retail parts plus tubing, aluminum, lexan, plastic, body kits and complete bodies. They have a large walk-in showroom but also do mail order and online order processing
BRC also provides MIG welding services for aluminum and steel and has a shock repair center for all brands a computerized Roehrig shock dyno, digital spring testing and an Accuforce spring smasher for dual stage and bump stops> They also have a sandblasting/powder coating building on site.
