FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PLEASE WITH OUR THANKS
HISTORIC, COLLECTIBLE, VINTAGE AND CLASSIC CARS WILL BE AN IMPORTANT PART OF PIONEER POLE BUILDINGS MOTORSPORTS 2015 RACE CAR AND TRADE SHOW
OAKS, PA November 12, 2014 . . . Classic cars, vintage cars, historic cars, collectible cars and more will play an important part in the Pioneer Pole Buildings Motorsports 2015 Fueled by Sunoco Race Fuels and Distributed by Insinger Performance Race Car and Trade Show set for January 23-25 at the huge Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA.
A 608 Bonneville Lakester, based in Flemington, NJ, is bound to be a popular attraction for the thousands of show attendees coming out for the 30th annual PPB Motorsports 2015 show. The chassis was built some years back by Bob Dauernheim and the shape of the car body and chassis are continually evolving as records are broken with the Lakester and owner Dauernheim is forced to go faster and faster.
At Bonneville, the famed salt flats used for establishing speed records over the years, the 608 Lakester class and the streamliner class have no rules except for those covering safety and engine size. The Tony Feil prepared engine is a 582 cubic inch Chevy. The very important radiator cooling system has been prepared by another company well known in motorsports, Arts Radiators in Flemington, NJ.
Car owner Dauernheim also points out that there are other names well known to racers that are part of the car including Jesal-Manley, GForce, and Winters. “One of the things we like is that this car is improved upon as opposed to continually being repaired,” said Dauernheim.
Driver Don Biglow lives in Florida and crew chief, Frank Walka makes his home in Boonton, NJ. According to Dauernheim most of the team members are longtime friends without whose help, labor and financial support I could not do this.
The 608 Bonneville Lakester will have a prime location at the show.
Add the Lakester to the many motorsports vehicles including a number of historic Indianapolis cars that will be a part of the three day show and you have the makings of another huge, filling 250,000 square feet of the Expo Center, PPB Motorsports 2015 show.
The show features just about everything imaginable in motorsports. On display will be modified stock cars, sprint cars, midgets, drag racers, motorcycles and so much more.
More than 500 exhibit booths will be filled with a variety of items relating to motorsports that will give show attendees the opportunity to see what is new and perhaps go home with a bargain purchase.
Many well-known racers and personalities in the sport will be making appearances at the show and there will be a number of FREE seminars.
Historic, vintage, collectible and classic car owners along with race car owners wanting to be part of the huge 30th Anniversary Pioneer Pole Buildings Motorsports 2015 Fueled by Sunoco Race Fuels and Distributed by Insinger Performance Race Car and Trade Show are invited to contact motorsports@aarn.com.
Exhibitor space still remains available on a limited basis. Full details on the show can be found at motorsports@aarn.com.
